INSTA BDAY POST:
Review email from Lohe. She does a great job at including separating Main Insta and West Coast. She also includes notes about talents location for early posting (i.e. Talent in Korea needs to post early or the day before).
Picture selection. Head to nomadmgmt.com and search for the talent. I try to pic newer images for the talent and try to keep track of what we used the previous year to avoid repetition. We also prefer using 2 different images if the talent is getting a bday message in both Instas. I usually take a look at their Instagram to see if there are any images we can use of recent work.
SIDE NOTE: There are occasions when the talent does not have a portfolio online. You can log in to Syngency or Dropbox to check if there are any images there.Post the pic. to stories:
- Scale the picture to leave some room on the sides and try to keep it centered as shown in the video below.
- Type in HAPPY BIRTHDAY in all caps and left aligned using the “CLASSIC” font option.
- Type in the talents name in all caps. We include exclamation points “!” after their name. When posting on both locations I try to use a different amunt of exclamation points tomake it a bit different.
-Both lines are stalked on top of each other and left aligned to the picture.
- Type in their instagram handle “@Name” and hide it by sliding it down the screen.
- If the talent is someone that is known enough to have their own hashtag - We type it in and hide it just like their handle.Share it :)
